Taika Watiti, who directed Thor: Ragnarok will return with the fourth part titled Thor: Love and Thunder. The sequel was announced at the event of 2019 Comic-Con.
After the fantastic response for Thor: Ragnarok, fans are excited about the upcoming sequel. Chris Hemsworth is playing the character of Thor since 2011 and also continues for the same in this film. Second film Thor: The Dark World was not appreciated by the audience which led to the entry of Taika Watiti, who directed Thor: Ragnarok.
Release date of Thor: Love and Thunder
Thor: Love and Thunder has been officially delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Disney recently announced the release date. Initially, the film had a release date of Nov 5, 2021, but due to coronavirus pandemic, the new release date is shifted to 2022. So the film’s new launch date would be 18 Feb 2022.

Some new cast such as Christian Bale will be seen but their roles are not yet confirmed.
Plot of Thor: Love and Thunder
In this movie, we will see the appearance of female Thor in the MCU. This also marks the return of Jane Foster who fell in love with Thor in the first film. We didn’t see Jane Foster in Ragnarok after she played a vital role in both Thor movies.
The closing scene of Endgame showed Thor bickering with Starlord. It is a well-grounded assumption that a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy might make an appearance in Thor 4.
