The Punisher is a series based on a fictional character that was introduced in the Marvel comics. The show premiered in 2017, in the month of November.
The second season was soon released in January 2019. However, it is least likely to be released on Netflix anymore. While a new channel Disney+ is arranging to take upon the Marvel movie and series.
Release Date
After getting an exit from Netflix, it is difficult to predict the future of the show. The fate of the series depends upon the board members. Therefore, there is no 100% surety for its return.

The role of the protagonist “Frank Castle” is remarkably done by “Jon Bernthal”. So there is no doubt that if the series continues, he will only play the main character.
Other characters are Dinah Madani portrayed by “Amber Rose Revah”. The next comes “Jason R Moore” who has played the character of Frank’s partner Curtis Hoyle (Curt).
Other possibilities in the returning series are Josh Stewart (role played is John Pilgrim), Giorgia Whigham ( character name – Amy Bendix), and Floriana Lima (who played the character, Krista Dumont). Krista Dumont was the character who was paralyzed in the second season and was seen attending crude along with Madani.
However, there is a slight chance that Frank’s tech-savvy friend “David Lieberman (Micro) can be portrayed by the actor “Ebon Moss Bachrach. While actor “Jaime Ray Newman” can be playing the character of David’s spouse Sarah Lieberman.
This all depends upon the fact if this series – The Punisher returns.

The plot revolves around seeking revenge. Frank Castle determines to take revenge for his wife and children’s death. He finds out about a deep conspiracy and wishes to dig upon it.
Frank has some physical powers and along with it, he can control his mind. Therefore, it is difficult to play telepathic powers against him.
