Riley Voelkel, popularly known as Hope’s Aunt Freya from Original series, is all set to make debut in Legacies.
The drama series Legacies represents the story of young and gifted next-generation supernatural beings in Salvatore School. Hope Mikaelson and others are under the watchful eyes of headmaster Alaric Saltzman.
Hope Mikaelson is the daughter of Haley Marshal and Klaus Mikaelson; a descended of a powerful vampire and werewolves family.
The show has gained popularity in no time. The season 1 was aired last year in Oct. Whereas season 2 premiered this year on 10th Oct.
Riley is pleased to be part of the popular series. The very charming actress and has shown her acting skills in the CW television series The Originals. The show was first launched in 2014, and Riley played the role of Freya Mikaelson. She has played a variety of characters, be it HBO TV series The Newsroom or American horror story Coven.
“Riley was always the one that was so happy to be anywhere and do anything and help anybody out,” executive producer Julie Plec tells TVLine. It felt great to have her back in the family, and it’s great for the story. For poor Hope, who’s now been forgotten by anyone who’s ever loved her, to have access to a family member at this crucial time would be a really great thing.”
Legacy season 2 is full of new monsters and emotional drama. Hope will definitely keep the story going on by impacting others’ life.
