HBO renewed The Gilded Age for a new season
The period drama The Gilded Age is still running with its first season when it announces its second one to come up soon. Hopefully, the HBO series has approved of yet another season while its fourth episode of the first season released yesterday. The 80s period drama has certainly to cover up a long story after its first season.
The Gilded Age season 2 to begin after the end of first season
Well, it’s certain that the HBO drama has been announced with a new season and it’s surely to happen. However, the first season of the series is still running on the streaming services and you can’t divert your mind to a new season when you have lot to know in the first one itself.
Beside this, it’s just an announcement that a new season is on mind yet hasn’t been under production as of now. Additionally, the plot of the second season can only be speculated after the first season airs its last episode.
Season 1 of the period drama to have 9 episodes
While HBO is still airing one of the episodes of The Gilded Age season 1 ever week. It’s been announced that the season 1 will conclude after its 9th episode. Not to miss, A Long Ladder titled episode of the first season aired on 14th Feb and the next one is awaited on 21st Feb.
As a recap though, the fourth episode showed Mrs Morris doing the burial of her husband. Also, the episode showed elated George and his team enjoying over the announcement of new station building. On the other side, there was Ms Turner trying to getting close to George that didn’t seemed to work. Well, the story eventually leaves a lot of the plot to be picked up for every next episode. Hence it would be exciting to see what gets left by season 1 to happen in the next season.
