Eric Kripke shared on Twitter some stills from the new season of The Boys. It features the characters Billy Butcher and Homelander.
The Boys Homelander and Billy Butcher new looks
Eric Kripke is the showrunner for the Amazon Prime series The Boys and was also the creator of the hit show Supernatural. He posted the images on his official Twitter account on 22nd of March. He claimed that he was working hard on the series even with the coronavirus pandemic going on.
The show was said to be a blasphemy by critics. Kripke took this as praise and added it in his caption. Then he shared a couple of stills from the second season. The pictures were of his computer screen which showcased the characters of Karl Urban (Billy Butcher) and Antony Starr (Homelander).

The pictures above show nothing but the characters face and do not indicate any possible plotlines. It does not even indicate both the characters’ intentions.
Kripke also posted a character’s first look before this on his Twitter. A new superhero was introduced in The Boys series. The character will be called Stormfront and it will be portrayed by Aya Cash from You’re the Worst. She’ll be the newest addition in the group The Seven.
New character in The Seven?
Antony Starr who is playing the role of Homelander said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that Stormlander is like a grenade which blasts off in the world of Homelander and The Seven. She is the cause of a lot of problems for them.
The Boys is about a group of superheroes tracking down other superheroes who take advantage of their superpowers and wreak havoc. It is based on Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s graphic novels.
