Sword Art Online is a Japanese light novel series which is written by Reki Kawahara & illustrated by ABEC. The show is set in 2022 & the series includes a high tech world where gaming is everything.
As the series allows all the integration with the gaming process, technology becomes dangerously advance. As per the game’s rule, the payer plays the game and gets trapped into cyberspace, because there is no option to pause or skip the game like other games. Moreover quitting or dying in-game would lead to real-world deaths.
One thing that made the game more interesting is any player can be emotionally, physically, mentally, or by any means attached and can control the character that he represents. The USP of series in the adventures & new mind games that the series comes with every new season & episode, making the story always unpredictable.
Release Date: Is the series back with the fourth season?
The release date is not coming soon because the second part (War of Underworld) of the third season is yet to be aired. Also, the second half of the series has been delayed due to the Covid19 pandemic. So, the release date for season four is pushed further.
