Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker- what review did the film receive? Is it worth the watch? Find all details here.

Recently, Daisy Ridley talked about why Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker backlash was special for her as compared to the other films. The film arrived on the big screens last December. The Rise of Skywalker was the last one of the series and it aimed to wrap up the sequel trilogy. Moreover, it also ended the Skywalker saga as a whole.

The movie brought classic villain Emperor Palpatine back for his role. The fans were really excited for Skywalkers launch, this played a huge role in making the movie a hit. Director J.J. Abrams already had an idea about the impossible task to satisfy all Star Wars fans with the film. But he did his best and the reactions that Rise of Skywalker got  was not expected by Lucasfilm.

However, The Rise of Skywalker didn’t work like other Star War movies. The film earned a low Rotten Tomatoes score. It was the least for any live action Star Wars movie. Even the viewers were divided into various creative choices.

Most of the viewers were pleased with the conclusion of the film, the decades-spanning story. Whereas, others found it to be an underwhelming blockbuster that flopped due to course-correcting developments from The Last Jedi. The multiple responds took Ridley aback in the statics of The Rise of Skywalker’s release. She also started recalling how the other movies were received by the viewers.

Backlashes were spotted in all the three entries of the Star War trilogy sequel. Ridley Rey got accused for being a character of Mary Sue. And the major riticism that the film got was to be a confusing one. Moreover, it seemed like the movie ran very hastily.
