As reported by the insider ‘Southern Charm‘ producers eliminated upcoming episodes and the filming is delayed till January to resolve the old issues.

Shep RoseĀ also confirmed in his interview that the cast members are not shooting for new episodes as the producers are dealing with the cast.
Producers on a hunt for new faces
‘Southern Charm‘ producers feel that the old casts are not creating any more drama and entertainment, which negatively affecting the show’s popularity, that is why they ditched the filming and working on that matter.
This means that Southern Charm fans will have to wait longer for season 7.
Not only this but the producers were also dealing with the custody battle between Kathryn and Thomas Ravenel for their two children, Kensington (5), and Saint Julien (3). Their court fight had been going on for over a year without any conclusion which recently came to end in South Carolina.
Ravenel, however, was fired from the season 6 after the complaint of sexual assault registered against him during the show.
Old star cast awaiting filming of next season
Along with Shep Rose Kathryn Dennis, Craig Conover, Cameran Eubanks, Austen Kroll, Naomie Olindo, and Chelsea Meissner eagerly waiting to re-shoot for Southern CharmĀ season 7.
For now, they are all busy with their other commitments.

Craig ConoverĀ and Shep RoseĀ investing their time in partying and in social work. They donated money to the Bahamas hurricane relief fund. Along with that Rose also using his time off in traveling.
Chelsea MeissnerĀ is on her fishing expedition, in between the chaos.
While all these stars are roaming around Cameran EubanksĀ seen spending her quality time with her husband, daughter, and friends.
