SNL Returns with COVID-19 as a Hit Topic Bringing Back Donald Trump! Details Below

The SNL featured Pete Davidson and Dionne Warwick talk

This time SNL returned with brand new episodes featuring Pete Davidson and Dionne Warwick talks. The COVID-19 was a hot topic on the show that was aired on 6th November. However, this is not the first time that SNL was trapped in discussing COVID-19. SNL was mainly discussing comedy series NBC which featured the character Aaron Rodger which was portrayed by Pete Davidson. His character certainly made some comments that were anti-vaccination. Recent SNL also featured new cast member James Austin.

Pete argued about his role in the show. He also said that it is his body and he does not have a chance to decide who he can give COVID. He also said that people have all right to think anything they want to. Pete justified things by saying that his character is still clean and is 7 is to 1. Thus, he said that out of eight people he has come in contact with, only one was affected with COVID-19. 

The New Hosts

Kieran Culkin hosted SNL

SNL this time was hosted by Kieran Culkin whereas, Ed Sheeran was the musical guest. He has hosted many shows before, however, this was his SNL debut as a host. He also briefly deliberated about the success of his HBO drama “Succession”. Culkin used his monologue to discuss his precious success. 

Later when the episode was near an end, Ego Nwodim began her show “Dionne Warwick talk show”. The show features Chloe Fineman, Davidson, Culkin, and Sheeran. The new episodes have already made a mark among viewers with its interesting take.
