Selena Gomez: Pop Sensation with Scars in her heart!! She rose like Phoenix from the Ashes and “Look at her now”!!

Selena, the pop sensation, has talked about her on of the scariest moments of her life.

 

Last year after being hospitalized twice for treatment. After spending a good vacation time with her besties, no one expected her to be hospitalized.

The reason behind her hospitalization was depression and anxiety. In 2018 Selena went through a two-week program for anxiety and depression after facing various health issues, which she had completed successfully. The reason behind her emotional breakdown was said to be the disease called ‘lupus,’ which caused a significant decrease in white blood cells to count. Due to this, she had to visit the hospital that year.

There was news that was being circulated in social media as well as a popular magazine about her treatment and her treatment.

It said that Selena was going through hard times and was extremely disturbed and needed medical assistance. The point when she was in the hospital, she was at the tipping point. She was taking treatment at East Coast and was fully supported by her friends and family in terms, and she was getting better day by day.

She went under dialectical behavior therapy to help her transform and cope up with the problem of negative thinking and behavioral patterns.

Selena Gomez also took a break for a short while from social media to eliminate the chances of getting more depressed, as there are more critics and bad comments on social media than in real. People can easily make an opinion about someone and write it without thinking about the consequence of the same.

These were her words that she had shared on her Instagram account, “As much as I am grateful for the voice that social media gives each of us, I am equally grateful to be able to step back and live my life present to the moment I have been given. Kindness and encouragement only for a bit! Just remember negative comments can hurt anybody’s feelings.”

She always had been loud about her mental struggles and issues.
