Looks like the tiny purse trend isn’t going away anytime soon.
The latest person to join this trend is Rihanna. Recently, the singer was spotted in New York City with a miniature Delvaux bag.
The 31-year-old’s purse was shaped like a minuscule taxi cab. The price of this extra-small bag stands at a whopping $1,050. But this could barely fit a tube of Fenty Beauty lip gloss and it hung delicately off just one of her fingers.
Rihanna paired this comically small carry-all with a pair of black sweatpants. To complete her look, she wore a matching sweatshirt with the sleeves cut off.
The pop star is in New York ahead of her second Savage x Fenty runway show. The show will take place tomorrow in Brooklyn during New York Fashion Week and later stream on Amazon Prime Video on Sept. 20.
Throughout her career, Rihanna has embraced a variety of professions ranging from singing, acting, businesswoman, fashion designer, and philanthropist.
Rihanna earned recognition after the release of her first two studio albums Music of the Sun (2005) and A Girl like Me (2006). Both of them peaked in the top ten of the US Billboard 200 chart. Her third studio album, Good Girl Gone Bad (2007)gained her further success. Rihanna’s ninth studio album is set to release this year.
Meanwhile, her career in music fetched her nine Grammy Awards, 13 American Music Awards, 12 Billboard Music Awards, and six Guinness World Records. She is one of the world’s best-selling music artists, having sold over 250 million worldwide.
