Rachael Leigh Cook, who starred in the popular 1999 movie She’s All That is returning for the remake as well, the catch for this remake? Well, it is going to be a fender swapped remake with a title, He’s All That!
Rachael Leigh Cook is all set to star in the remake and will be portraying the mother of Padgett Sawyer played by Addison Rae. She is starring in the remake as the protagonist. Here’s the social media post that Variety posted and was further re-shared by the actress herself.

Moreover, when asked about her return, Cook expressed her excitement saying that she is thrilled to be reunited with so many familiar faces, further adding that this version has a great new spin and many people will really enjoy it. Cook recently starred in Netflix’s rom-com movie Love, Guaranteed. The movie gained huge views and received overwhelming response as well.
The remake will be directed by Mark Waters who is the genius behind big hits like Mean Girls and Freaky Friday. While R. Lee Fleming will be penning down the script for He’s All That. Jennifer Gibgot and Andrew Panay are also on board as producers as well. While the first movie went on to be a big box office hit, we are sure this movie will also bring back the teen drama, fashion and a love angle!
