After a smashing two seasons of the critic-acclaimed, money-laundering racket show, Ozark is all geared up for the third season. After keeping fans glued to screens for an impeccable two-years of well scripted and fantastically executed episodes, fans can’t seem to wait any longer for another round. For the newbies here, Ozark is about Bryde Family who are compelled to escape to the Ozarks after a money-laundering deal goes horribly wrong – but the world they retreat to turns out to be much less rewarding very quickly.
Well, fans have waited for long enough and can’t hold on for any longer. And even Netflix hasn’t disappointed them!! Starring the multitalented Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner and Sophia Hublitz along with a flawless cast, Ozark is set to return to the streaming service on 27th March 2020. Director Jason Bateman wrote on Twitter, “I’m happy for me, but concerned for Marty, it’s official OZARK 3 is on its way”. He even said that the show will return for a 10episode long season 3.
CAST FOR OZARK SEASON 3
Well, the cast for season 3 is gonna include almost everyone from the last two instalments. And we have news that we’ll see some fresh faces in season 3. Netflix announced that it is going to bring in Madison Thompson (best known for starring in NCIS: New Orleans) who will play the role of Erin. Erin is Helen’s headstrong teenage daughter. She seemingly gets pulled along to the Ozarks due to some mother-daughter love out there.
We even have news of some Marvel TV stars joining the Ozark season 3 cast. Iron Fist stars, Tom Pelphrey and Jessica Frances Dukes and Jessica Jones are going to join as series regulars.
THE STORY OF S3: OR WHAT IT COULD BE
After a fabulous and exciting climax to season 2 which saw the reveal of Marty’s gargantuan casino boat which he will presumably employ to scam off a few hundred million dollars for the Mexican Drug Lord. This pretty much has the potential to be the centre of attraction for season 3.
It is also known that Ruth Langmore will try her level best to get closer to the Brydes. Showrunner Mundy said, “Ruth is more and more self-confident, but she’s grateful to Marty for being the first person to believe in her and give her responsibilities,”
