After having the successful Netflix series Sherlock, the pair were busy working on a new literary adaptation- Dracula. And this exciting series on an iconic vampire will be on TV very soon.
Who all are starring in Dracula?
Claes Bang is all chosen to play the role of bloodsucker, a vampire. Hold on, though this series is based on an iconic vampire. Still, only Bang is not starring, Joanna Scanlan, Chanel Cresswell, Mathew Beard, Lydia West, Dolly Wells, John Heffernan, Lujza Richer, and Morfydd Clark, Paul Brennen, Sofia Oxenham, John McCrea, Phil Dunster, and Millicent Wong would be seen with him.
The Plot
However, there is nothing much that has been revealed for the story, but Steven and Mark are all set to bring an exciting as well as iconic blood-sucking vampire, which was created by legend Bram Stoker in his novel in 1897. And since then, this horror fiction has been seen several times as TV shows, movies, and series.
And the new series Dracula is again bringing this terrifying character in it. The series will re-introduce the world of Dracula, a vampire who has made the entire evil sexy. It will re-center the story to have the evil count as the “hero of his own story.”
When is Dracula releasing?
The Dracula creators decided to release the first episodes of the series on the occasion of New Year, 1st January 2020, second on 2nd January, and by following the same sequence the third episode on 3rd January.
