Netflix’s eight-episode Gangster series ‘Brothers Sun’

Netflix orders eight-episode Gangster series ‘Brothers Sun’. The creators of the show are  Glee and American Horror Story co-creator Brad Falchuk apace with The Getaway’s Bryon Wu. The story focuses on world of Taipei gangsters and Charles Sun, a ruthless killer. The eight-episode series will be in L.A. and Taiwan settings.

Deep dive into storyline

The series ‘Brothers Sun’ is a eight-episode program with dark comedy and daily soap genre. The story follows a the Taipei criminal, Charles Sun, who lead his life as vicious killer. However, he get utterly disturb when a mysterious assassin shot dead his father. Then, the setting suddenly changes to LA with his travel to LA to protect his Mother after death of his father. Later, he discovered about his brother Bruce.

The ‘Brothers Sun’ Crew

Jenny Jue (CSA) will lead the cast from the front seat of action packed series. Besides, Kevin Tancharoen of The Book of Boba Fett will hold the director. With companionship with him, Bosch and The Killing EP Mikkel Bondesen will executively produce the series. Falchuk is the showrunner and executive producer under his banner Brad Falchuk Teley-Vision. Furthermore, he signed a deal with Netflix in 2019. In addition to this, Wu will debut in the production field with this series. He will simultaneously serve as writer and executive producer for Gangster series ‘Brothers Sun’. Netflix announced the series to be packed with Asian casts.
