The third season gave them a real chance to show their story to the fans. Do you remember the scene just before the robbery day? How beautiful it was when Rio gave Tokyo an engagement badge. Although Tokyo wasn’t that sure about her feelings around that time. But, when Rio gets hurt, Tokyo realizes how much Rio means to her. She realizes this while hugging Rio. She says, “I am a black cat,” and Rio replies, “You are my Black Panther.”
