“He Went That Way” First Look By Mister Smith Entertainment
The crime thriller “He Went That Way” production has finally come to a end. Mister Smith Entertainment dropped the first look of this Jeffrey Darling directed film. The movie starts Jacob Elordi, infamous for playing Nate Jacobs in the HBO’s Euphoria and Zachary Quinto, famous for his role as Spock in the Star Trek Franchise. Mister Smith Entertainment will show the first footage of the project to buyers at the European Film Market.
The film is based on a true crime story, set in 1964. It will centre Dave Pitts, a celebrity animal trainer and him pet chimp, Spanky. Dave Pitts encounters the killer Larry Lee Ranes and somehow manages to survive.
Inspiration for the Crime-Thriller
It is inspired by a book “Luke Karamazov”, published in 1987. Author Conrad Hilberry wrote this book. Jacob Elordi will play Bobby Falls (Ranes) and Zachary Quinto will play Jim Goodwin (Pitts).
Jeffrey Darling, a cinematographer, most famous for his commercials and music videos will make his directorial debut through this project. Evan M. Wiener, nominated for the Independent Spirit Award wrote the script for this upcoming film. The first look of the film shows Quinto and Elordi in the middle of a desert. And the chip, Spanky in the distance.
Directors and Producers
Marc Benardout, James Harris Mark Lane, Hugh Broder and Jeremy Kotin will produce the film along with Medha Jaishankar, Compton Ross, Ananyaa Shah, Lisa Broder, Richard Broder and Lawrence August. Even though the first look has been released, the creators are yet to reveal further information regarding the project. It will certainly be a treat for the fans. However, the release date has not been announced.
This first look has got the fans extremely excited. Also all the Euphoria enthusiasts will eagerly wait to see Nate Jacobs in a crime thriller.
