The iconic actor was soon rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, last night after getting diagnosed with Colon infection and was under medication for the same. Sadly, the actor was declared dead this morning by the doctors. Irrfan Khan was 54 years old when he breathed his last. The Life Of Pi star was already fighting against the neuroendocrine tumors, a type of cancer, for the past two years.
The actor has struggled his way through the acting world with the help of his impeccable acting skills that seemed to have ruled both Bollywood and Hollywood. Irrfan Khan has acted in some prominent films including Life Of Pie, The Namesake, and had important roles in films like Slumdog Millionaire, Jurassic World, The Amazing Spider-Man.
