The 33-year-old pop star who was in town for her AT&T TV Super Saturday Night show on February 1, was seen locking lips and packed with PDA with her new boyfriend as the two were spotted lounging on a chaise in the balcony of their hotel room.

According to sources, they have been seeing each other since before the holidays and Lady Gaga is gaga over him. Though the singer is yet to comment on her love life, the source close to E!
