Si! One of the most successful, popular Spanish series La Casa del Papel Money Heist is on the go for its season 4, or as Netflix may refer to, Part-4. The most awaited series, which owes its great success to Netflix, has a huge international fan following eagerly waiting for the return of the series, which could possibly be the last stone of the series.
The airing of the Third season of the series was aired in July earlier this year and was loved by 10 million viewers all over the globe. The famous series starring some well known personalities like Alvaro Morte (Salva), Ursula Corbero (Tokyo), Darko Peric (Helsinki), Jamie Lorente Lopez (Denver), Alba Flores (Nairobi), Esther Acebo (Monica), Itziar Ituno (Raquel), Hovis Keuchkerian (Bogota), Rodrigo de la Serna (Palmero), Najwa Nimri (Alicia Sierra), and Luko Peros (Marbella), left the audience with mixed emotions and curiosity by the end of the third season. With the third season-ending on a cliffhanger, leaving the fate of most of the characters unpredictable, the fans of the show sitting at the end of their seats.
Even though no official statement has been released yet, but according to de la Serna, a.k.a. Palmer, the shoot for season 4 has ended and is set to be released in 2020.
In addition, Esther Arcebo’s caption on a picture posted earlier this year on Instagram tagged “#lcdp4”, adds confirmation to the speculation that the shoot for the season has been completed and the series could be expected any time soon. Although any other information regarding the release date has been kept under the wrap, the series could be expected sometime in January 2020. There is no intel regarding the characters of the show or the plot of the same, but then it’s promised to live up to its much-deserved hype.
