The former Madmen actress Kiernan Shipka recently had a fun time on Instagram. It is something that we really need at the moment, apart from over-saturated pictures.
The actress shared her photo without makeup alongside her dog, Frankie in a car. A fan got a bit confused. He mistakenly thought the picture of her to be of Emma Watson’s. He commented on the post, “So pretty Emma Watson.” Whether he did it on purpose or he really thought her to be Emma Watson is still in question. We all know who the people we follow on Instagram are. Miss Shipka’s reply was one that was worth noting and it was extremely funny.
She replied, “Thank You” just before coming back hard at the fan. She said, “I had an amazing time filming in Harry Potter and am really thrilled about the new projects I’m doing now!”
Shipka’s reply was right on the spot hit as it received more than 14,000 likes and hundreds of replies. We hope the ‘new projects’ that she was referring to was one of the Emma Watson’s recent role as Meg March in Greta Gerwig’s adaption of “Little Women”, Kiernan Shipka’s projects are just as good.
Kiernan Shipka is currently playing the lead role in Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” which is a negative adaptation of the 90’s comedy, “Sabrina the Teenage Witch. The third season was released earlier this month, and it has been confirmed that a fourth season is in its making.
Being a look alike of someone who is already famous and has achieved heights in the industry might be overwhelming at times. As the saying goes “Never Say Never”, we do hope to see Shipka and Watson playing twins or working together in the same project. But while we wait we’d be happy with more Shipka and Frankie show.
