Kaia Jordan Gerber, the American model, has now turned 18 and celebrated the big day at the Paradise Club in Times Square last night. She is the one we can refer to as the internationally sought-after model from a runaway dynasty. She is one of those whose party won’t be just a small get-together but a major one.
The theme for her birthday party was burlesque and seemed like she loads of fun. Kaia Gerber turned 18 on 3 September, and she blew up her birthday party on 6 September just for the time of New York Fashion Week’s kickoff.
She took the vibe of the burlesque themed party with her leather corset dress by Versace. She nailed her party with the look. Gerber’s dress riffed on a look that her mom, Cindy Crawford, had worn in the 1992 VMAs. But instead of the leather skirt, her mother had worn an outfit, including the black pants.
Gerber gave the nod to her mother’s epic fashion legacy. While Cindy still got up into the birthday party theme with a Cheresque metallic gold wig and pantsuit. Rande Gerber, the father of the birthday girl, opted out of the dress-up a portion of the party.
The party of the birthday was not at all a small family affair. It was in the tradition of OTT birthdays hosted by the Kardashian– Jenners and the Hiltons. The list of the guest could have been doubled the guest list of a red carpet call sheet.
Fellow NYFW regulars Kendall Jenner and Winnie Harlow stopped by, as well as Leonardo DiCaprio, Camila Morrone, Alexander Wang, Lourdes Leon, and Brooklyn Beckham. The party was too good, and Gerber got into the theme and did many performances and a happy birthday serenade from the club diva Amanda Lepore.
