While Jussie Smollett has been lately punished for hate crime hoax. He has been constantly pleading of innocence to all. Meanwhile in context of which, the actor has given out something that can be more like a treat to the fans. But what is that treat all about?

The Empire actor’s case of hate attack on him has run for several years. As such owing to which the court changed their verdict several times. Finally, the actor was found guilty faking the hate attack and now he is jailed for 150 days. Though the actor is pleading for his innocence at the fake hate attack drama.

He has now released a song titled “Thank You God” for all. The lyrics of which has been shared by Smollett on his Instagram. However, in his lyrics for the new released song. The actor has been trying to say he isn’t guilty. One of the lines of his song “ Thank You God” reads as “You think I’m stupid enough to kill my reputation?”.

While Smollett gave out his song “Thank You God” this Friday. His song profits has to go for a noble cause. As the actor would be making profits out of “Thank You God”. All the profits will straight way go for charity.

Some of the listed non profit organization to receive the amount are The Rainbow Push Coalition, Secure The Bag Safety, & Illinois Innocence Project. Not to forget, in his verdict from the court for the hate attack drama, he has been imposed with a fine to pay $120, 106 for restitution.
