James Corden is planning to leave CBS “The Late Late Show”
James Corden stated earlier this year that he’d be leaving The Late Late Show during the springtime of 2023. The host of the late-night program was transparent about his intentions to discontinue his CBS show.
James Corden on Bidding Goodbye to the Show
When Jimmy Fallon questioned James Corden about what he was doing on his chat show after leaving the eye network during a show, Corden responded that his major aim was to not weep for the entire lesson, during which he felt he would ultimately fail.
Corden stated that he would miss all the individuals he had been working with each day and added that one of his intentions for his final show was to depart the way the crew and actors entered.
According to Corden, he is not quitting the show because he doesn’t enjoy it; rather, he is going since he is far from family and he wants his kids to know what it’s like to grow up in London and how to experience a strong relationship with the grandparents. Additionally, he felt that it was a period that one could not get back.
Although Corden acknowledged that letting go would indeed be challenging, yet he maintained that doing so was best for his home.
When Corden began this journey, he initially believed it would be a bit of an adventure, but he went on to say that it was his ultimate goal, and he enjoyed getting there. He added that it would be prudent to move on and explore what else is available after a year.
He was aware that there would be many tears since the cast and crew were always committed to making it the best year they had ever experienced. He continued by saying that those eight years had been the best of his existence and had provided him more than he could have ever dreamed.
