The producers of The Bachelor are looking for men and women aging 65 & above for their new dating show
The Bachelor producers will help senior people find love again.
In a casting call shared by Lindsay Liles, producer of the show, on her Instagram on Monday, it was revealed that seniors aging 65 or above are invited to apply to be a part of an “exciting new dating show,” which will be the newest addition in the list of The Bachelor’s spin-offs.
However, this won’t be a regular spin-off, it will be a revolution of a sort as it is specifically designed for the people, enjoying the “golden phase” of their lives and it will help them find the love of their lives.
The casting call shared the information about the producers looking for “active and outgoing single men and women,” who are looking for love. The comment section of the post was already filled with several comments from people, wanting to nominate their single parents or grandparents.
The contestant from ‘The Bachelor’ season 23, Caitlin Clemmens, also wrote that she would nominate her Dad for the new dating show. The television personality, Daniel Maguire too wrote that he would enroll his Mom for the same as he thinks that it would be a good show.
While several people were found inquiring about the maximum age limit. All in all, the concept already seems to have appealed to have masses so it will be up for grabs whenever it will hit the screen.
This isn’t the first spin-off for The Bachelor which was launched back in 2002 on ABC. The Bachelorette debuted next year in 2003 after the success of the former show followed by Bachelor in Paradise, Bachelor Pad and The Bachelor Winter Games.
Another spin-off titled “The Bachelor: Listen To Your Heart,” is already in pipeline as per ABC’s announcement this week. Now, with this new show, it will be two spin-offs to look forward to.
