A man sexually abused and raped his 15-year-old step-daughter over a span of seven years. The man and his wife, who was an accomplice to the wrongdoing, are under arrest.
The man named Brandon Irving Helms, abused the girl since when she was 8 and started to rape her when she turned 13. He got his victim pregnant at the age of 15 and the monster continued to brutally rape her throughout her pregnancy. The helpless girl was in labor for two and a half days and delivered her abuser’s child on a table. Pansy Glanton, Assistant District Attorney, said that Helmes did not make arrangements for any medical help for the victim or her newborn baby.
In spite of knowing about all the misconduct and pain her daughter was going through, the mother named Marcy, allowed her sex-offended husband to molest the young girl even after delivering her child. Perhaps this would be among the most shocking, shameful, and undecipherable news. The heights of insanity can never be known. How sick and petty can human acts get?
Later when the family was left without a house, the young girl was forced to live in a filthy, condemned house with her baby. The house had no running water and smelled of human defecation. It didn’t even have proper floors and was to be crushed soon. The victim was raped in several houses across North Carolina and even in cars. She was not the only victim. The girl is now 17, and she is in foster care along with her child.
Helms, 34, entered an Alford plea in Forsyth Superior Court. He is against more tan 20 charges along with lawful offense kid misuse including a sexual act as well as taking indecent liberties with a child. Reportedly, he is jailed for at least 88 years. Judge David Hall said Helms would have to register as a sex offender for life.
While his wife, Marcy Lynn Helms, 39, is additionally being charged. She realized her husband was assaulting her 8-year-old little girl from her past life partner still, she didn’t do anything to avert it. She will also be registered as a sex offender for 30 years.
