Rebecca Black, a prominent singer has disclosed publically that she is happy to be recognized as queer.
In an interview with “Dating Straight podcast” Black chatted to Jack Dodge and Amy Ordman about her recent break up with a lady. But she didn’t reveal the identity of the person.
She informed hosts Amy Ordman and Jack Dodge that when people started inquiring about her sexuality, she “stopped not responding.” Black added, “I’m still in the system, it seems like.” She makes this confession due to a recent break-up with a special woman.
Black said that that the word ‘queer ‘ feels very charming to her and she also conveys that she dated a different kind of people, which indicates about her sexual status.
Rebecca Renee Black is a well-known American singer and famous YouTuber. She is remembered for ‘Friday’ music videos which made her a star in one night in 2011. Black was bestowed with Tenn Choice Award in 2011. She recently launched a Music album- Sweetheart.
The 22-year-old singer opened up about her sexuality and admitted that she is a queer and also a member of the queer committee. Before Rebecca, pro dancer and America’s Got Talent judge Julianne Hough also revealed about her sexuality and said that she is “not straight” while giving an interview. She said that – I love everyone.
Rebecca’s revelation comes shortly after her recent break up with a woman. “I was getting on together with somebody and I comprehend they might look this…but one of the explanations that we went through this detachment was because I was really wanted a particular time, not from them, but just in general,” she explained. “But I’m doing okay…every day really is different.”
Rebecca Black is presently under self-quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic and informed that she feels special every day at her home.
