Lovato hit the stage for the first time in over a year and a half at the 2020 Grammy Awards with her power back performance on the heartbreaking song ‘Anyone’. She was inspired by her struggle with sobriety. This event took place at Los Angele’s Staples Centre. At that event her performance was so simple and straight to the point. It was a very sad one from the beginning.
She stumbled and turned to her piano player to restart the song as tears falling down in her face at the top of the stage. After a very short time she composed herself and again restarted the song. At the end she gave a very powerful performance. She looked a gorgeous one with her white ball gown dressed.

The song ‘Anyone’ was written by Demi Lovato in the year 2018 just days before her fatal over dose. In addition to it, she also made a promise to herself that the song would be her first track if she would ever get a chance to perform in the stage again. As per the celebrity gossip, the song will be dropped in the first half of 2020 in the upcoming LP.

Lovato stated in an interview prior to Grammy’s Night that she almost listened back and heard the lyrics of the song as a cry for help. Further she said, ‘‘And you kind of listen back to it and you kind of think, ‘How did nobody listen to this song and think, ‘Let’s help this girl?’’ Whenever she recorded the song than she was in a good mind but actually wasn’t her. Lovato did not win any Grammy Award till now but she was nominated for her 2017 album ‘Confident’ which was the partnership of her 2019 Christina Aguilera ‘ Fall in Line’.
