Laurie Barber is seen as Andy’s wife. Jacob Barber as Andy’s and Laurie’s son. He ends up getting himself involved in the investigation and gets declared as a suspect.

What’s the plot of the show? 

The show revolves around the story of a 14-year-old boy’s death, Ben Rifkin. And Andy Barber who is an assistant district attorney in Newton investigates the case. He and his wife, Laurie end up finding their son Jacob, a classmate of Ben as one of the suspects.

I'm only 17 years old and I carry too much on my arms. Maybe it is exaggerated for you but no one survived what I did. From childhood I felt different, I just felt sad.  I have never talked about it loudly, I always wanted to support the fight against domestic violence 👇

At first, Andy suspects a pedophile, but after that he finds a harsh relationship between his son, Jacob and the victim, Ben. And the series shows how Andy and his Laurie will save their son Jacob, and disclose if really Jacob killed Ben or not.
