CW “Arrow” Season 8 all set to get aired!! Is there going to be a parallel universe? Everything you need to know, release date to plot!

Good news for the ‘Arrow’ series lovers! Stephen Amell’s ‘Arrow’ season 8 is all set to premiere this year on 15th October (confirmed by CW).

The first season of the series premiered in 2012, and for seven years the show has been running quite successfully. In spite of the show’s crossovers with fellow DC series- ‘Supergirl,’ ‘The Flash’ and ‘Legends of Tomorrow,’ the success of the show was hardly affected. And again for this upcoming eighth season also the team is ready to push forward and fight the evil and crime.

In the final episode of the seventh season, viewers witnessed the appearance of Mar Novu aka The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) in the last few minutes. The Monitor comes to take Oliver Queen aka The Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) to hold up his end of the bargain.

So for the upcoming season, the viewers may expect to see Oliver and The Monitor traveling to other worlds to warn about the upcoming crisis. Characters like, Connor Hawke and Oliver’s daughter Mia Smoak is expected to have a more prominent role to play in the forthcoming eighth season.

 

The teaser of the eighth season of ‘Arrow’ was unveiled during SDCC 2019. The teaser shows many of the best moments in the show till now. It pays tribute to Olivier’s journey from being a rich brat to becoming the hero of Star City. The video ends with Oliver saying, “Just one more thing I gotta do.”

Reports reveal that the final season of ‘Arrow’ will have a total of ten episodes. The show’s executive producer Beth Schwartz has confirmed that in spite of season’s multi-universe hopping theme, most of the action will take place on Oliver’s home of Earth-1.
