Sinitta reveals she got coronavirus after performing a gig at London and ex Simon Cowell ‘knew.’ Singer Sinitta has revealed that she contracted coronavirus nine days before the country went into lockdown while performing at a gig in London.
The 56-year-old singer said that ex Simon Cowell knew that she had fallen ill with the virus. She owed it to their ‘psychic’ connection. The star had been seen taking extra precaution while walking out of home. She was always seen sporting a protective face mask, until she performed her gig wearing nothing but lingerie, stockings and suspenders.
Sinitta revealed that she contracted coronavirus nine days before the country went into lockdown while performing at a gig in London. She said, ‘I caught the virus after doing a club gig. Next day I felt as if I’d swallowed a packet of razor blades. I was in bed for about a week.
She further added that she and Simon speak frequently. She shared that Simon however, got to know about her illness and said : “We have this weird connection, I can just tell when something’s wrong.” Sinitta said that Ex, Simon Cowell ensured that she was looked after by a private health team. Sinita is reported to have contracted the virus following her DJ set at The Eagle in Vauxhall, South London.
Just days before her night out, the singer stepped out to take her poodle Scarlett O’Hara for a walk, protecting herself from the ongoing pandemic by wearing a face mask that had a filtration system to enable normal breathing. She even placed a small mask over her dogs nose. The singer first met Simon in the 1980s and the pair dated on and off for twenty years.
