Chrisley family going through tough time: Now Todd Chrisley’s son Chase Chrisley also hit with $16,000 tax lien!!

Amidst all the reports of Todd Chrisley’s federal tax evasion indictment, now comes the report of his son Chase Chrisley’s legal woes. Chase is accused of owing more than $16k in back taxes.

Sources reveal that the IRS filed a federal tax lien against 23-year-old Chase over the unpaid tax for the 2014 tax period. The unpaid balance is estimated to be $16,886.6. Apart from this, the stage of Georgia, where the Chrisleys currently reside, had also brought a $2,025.78 tax lien against Chase in the same year of 2014. Later the amount repaid and the lien released in 2018. Reports suggest that Chrisley has to pay back the federal tax lien until 2026.

There is no doubt that the Chrisley family is going through tough times. Recently Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie Chrisley were accused of various financial crimes. The couple has been charged with crimes like conspiracy to commit bank fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, tax evasion, and aiding the filing of false tax returns.

However, the couple’s attorneys have adamantly denied all the charges against Julie and Todd. They believe that all the accusations in the indictment are false and the Chrisleys are innocent.

Chase has not yet made any public statement regarding the issue, although he clearly displayed his support for his family through an Instagram post. Chase posted a picture of him with his parents Todd and Julie along with his 22-year-old sister Savannah Chrisley on Instagram and captioned it “F A M I L Y.” And he further showed his support through a comment on the same post where he confessed his love for his family, particularly his father.
