In the present situation of corona virus, production of all the shows have stopped. The writers and showmakers will have to get more creative regarding the story when the lockdown ends. However, even if filming has come to a halt, video conferences is keeping the creativity going behind-the-scenes. And the Big Mouth writers are also doing the same. The series has always premiered it’s new seasons in the fall of each year. The third Season premiered on Netflix in October 2019. However, there is news that season 4 can release before the time we expected it.
This weekend, the voice cast — Maya Rudolph, John Mulaney, and Mark Duplass — and writers of the acclaimed animated sitcom had a live conference about Season 3’s Episode 6, titled “How to Have an Orgasm.” The live event was planned for the cast to stay in contact with each other, keep entertaining fans, and help collect some funds for the organization Feeding America. At the very beginning of the table, Big Mouth co-creator Nick Kroll announced that members of the writers’ room were still working at the storyline of the show.
However, currently there’s no news about how the post-production is going on or at which place is the animation studio putting the final touches to the Big Mouth Season 4. It seems to be coming along soon. And the dedicated showmakers didn’t get disturb with the coronavirus pandemic. They continued with the production of the season.
Considering this, it’s sure that Season 4 could be coming a bit earlier than expected. And the major shows of the streaming service are going to shut down, like Stranger Things and The Witcher. This, it is expected that Big Mouth season 4 will fill the void. In the meantime, all we can do is to wait for the show’s arrival.
