Ben Affleck and George Clooney opened up about sharing screen
Hollywood superstars Ben Affleck and George Clooney share a very strong bond of friendship. But is there any chance of them sharing the big screen in future?
Let’s see what the actors says.
Both Ben and Clooney walked the red carpet outside the DGA Theater Complex at the Los Angeles premiere of The Tender Bar on Sunday. The Tender Bar is a film directed by Clooney starring Ben Affleck. This film is their second collaboration after Argo. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight both of them opened up about sharing screen together.
According to Ben Affleck
Affleck said they had great experience working together earlier as he directed the 2012 film Argo while Clooney produced it. He also said that Clooney is very experienced doing his job. “Because it cuts through all the noise and gets right to the x, y, z. Bing, bang, boom” added Affleck. Ben praised his friend saying that he is the best and most precise director he has worked with.
In the context of whether they will star together or not, the actor said he would love to. And for that George needs to cast himself and hire Ben, that is the next step.
He continues that George is really a smart actor, he knows how to balance a performance and what the audience expects from a film. He is really good at this thing.
What George Clooney thinks
In the same context Clooney jokingly said that he is not sure that if they will star together because Ben is a foot taller than him which makes him look like Mickey Rooney beside him.

Later Clooney added that it would be too much sexy for single screen and also addressed Ben as a one time sexiest man.
Their upcoming movie “The Tender Bar” is going to release on Amazon Prime, next year on January 7th.
