Anne Frank’s description of Holocaust inspired Duchess of Cambridge
Duchess of Cambridge told that she inspired from Anne Frank’s sensitive and intimate interpretation of the horrors of the Holocaust for the photographs she had taken of two survivors for a new exhibition. ‘The Diary of Anne Frank’ was one of the most moving accounts told by 38 year old lady. She had gone through it which gave her too much of inspirations behind two portraits she took to mark 75 years since the end of the Holocaust.
The photographers took in the early January at Kensington Palace which will be exhibited with the other 75 powerful images later on of this year. Each portrait depicts the connection between a survivor and subsequent generation of their family. Those were released on Monday to mark Holocaust Memorial Day along the four pictures.
