Recently, A man of 37-year-old has been accused of raping a 12-year-old girl child and after when she becomes pregnant, the man asked her to get an abortion.
The man, Paul Jon Flanigan who was from Midlothian, Texas has been charged with 50 years of prison, as the latter has repeatedly sexually abused the girl child from his former girlfriend. The man was held as a convict in an Ellis County Courtroom for being responsible for the act.
When the girl was asked about her condition, the girl stated that he started molesting her, when she was 11 years old, and he continued that behavior until he was able to know that she was pregnant.
On November of 2018, the convict took her to Planned Parenthood in Dallas, so that he could be able to get the child aborted.
But, Planned Parenthood officials contacted the police officials and handed the man to the authorities after which investigation was started against Flanigan. The girl gave birth to the child in February 2018 after which a DNA sample test was conducted in which it was found out that Flanigan was the father, according to the officials’ report.
The Assistant County and District Attorney Habon Mohammed have said that “ Paul Flanigan is a criminal not only for the state but also for the country as he stole a child’s childhood and innocence. He will be punished severely for this act of inhumanity”.
