13 Reasons Why is set to release its fourth season this year after releasing one in the month of August last year. There is more to come for the 13 Reasons Why fans. When will 13 Reasons Why season 4 be released on Netflix?

On the 1st of August, 2019, Netflix announced that 13 Reasons Why would be back for a fourth season.

There’s no official release date out yet, and it’s hard even to make an educated guess as to when it might be – there has been no set release pattern for the show since it was launched at the end of March 2017, with season two releasing in May 2018 and the third season coming up in August 2019. The bet is that we won’t be able to see 13 Reasons Why season 4 released until late 2020 at the earliest.

Is there a 13 Reasons Why season 4 trailer?

No trailer has been released yet and there are no signs of it being released soon. Netflix usually plays it pretty close to the chest with 13 Reasons Why, holding itself back on releasing trailers for the last two seasons until just a couple of weeks before they launched. But, unfortunately, there has been no news about it.

When is 13 Reasons Why season 4 being filmed?

Production on the fourth season was already underway as of the 1st of August, 2019. Filming on both the second and third seasons took around six months, so presuming the fact that fourth season again runs to 13 episodes, expect shooting to be over in early 2020.

Has 13 Reasons Why been canceled?

The upcoming fourth season of the show is sought after to be the last, a decision announced at the same time as the renewal.

In a statement, Netflix announced that it was purely a creative decision to end the series now, explaining that season four is set to feature the core cast’s graduation from High School which will be a natural end to the show.
