Hocus Pocus 2 completed its Filming

A piece of Good news to the spooky film lovers! The Disney film Hocus Pocus finished the filming part of its Sequel, Hocus Pocus 2. The original film was released in 1993. It was directed by Kenny Ortega.

We will get to see the return of the Sanderson sisters once again. The stars who are returning from the first film are ‘Betty Midler‘ as Winifred “Winnie” Sanderson, ‘Sarah Jessica Parker as Sarah Sanderson, ‘Kathy Najimy’ as Mary Sanderson, and ‘Doug Jones’ as William “Billy” Butcherson.

Bette Midler tweeted about the Wrap-up

One of the sisters Winnie Sanderson role played by Bette Midler 2 posted the news about the official wrap-up, through her Twitter account. The post features a picture of three sisters edible cake or cake topper.

The plot similar to the previous film. The second part will also have the situation of the three sisters coming back. They will return to today’s modern world. Three young women who brought them back by accident will struggle to stop three witches. The movie will have the same synopsis as stopping the hungry witches from causing trouble.

The film also stars ‘Whitney Peak’ as Becca, ‘Lila Buckingham’ as Cassie, ‘Belissa Escobedo’ as Izzy, and ‘Tony Hale’ as Mayor Jefry Trask.

The Sequel is directed by Anne Fletcher, with a script from Jen D’Angelo. The film is likely to release on Disney Plus this fall.

It has been 29 years since someone lit the black candle and resurrected the witch sisters. Since they are executed for practicing Witchcraft, they will come for revenge again. We will witness how three women will stop these witch sisters from creating havoc in Salem.
