About two weeks ago, reports came that actor/singer Justin Timberlake and his actress wife Jessica Biel welcomed their second son earlier this summer, and his friend, singer-songwriter Brian McKnight just confirmed the happy news.
McKnight told HollywoodLife that Timberlake will be focusing on his family for now, while fans are still waiting for his new music. He said that focusing on family will take some time as it’s something very important, and if Timberlake is going to do music, he will be making sure that his family is secure first. He said that since he had the new baby, it might inspire him to make music based on that.
Justin hasn’t dropped an album or single since 2018’s “Man of the Woods”, which was released just two days before he made an appearance at the Super Bowl LII halftime show. Afterwards, he did a world tour, so we can see why he wants to spend as much time as possible with his family before embarking on something like that once again.
Timberlake and Biel are already parents to five-year-old son Silas and haven’t made an announcement of the newest family member yet, but we can expect them to do so once they’re ready. Their reps have been reached out to for comments.
Justin and Brian had been friends for almost two decades now, starting when Justin appeared in the R&B star’s 2001 song “My Kind of Girl,” and in the same year Brian produced NSYNC’s album “Celebrity.” Brian also assisted Justin when he made his solo debut in 2002 with “Justified.”
Let’s hope the family of four is healthy and well.
