Gigi and Bella Hadid father files for bankruptcy

Supermodel sister’s Gigi and Bella Hadid’s father, Mohamed Hadid, has recently filed for bankruptcy on behalf of his company when he is being accused of illegally building a mega-mansion, which was more extensive than allowed rules by the city.

He filed a reorganization in the Federal bankruptcy court on Wednesday on behalf of his company, 901 Strada LLC, only a day before Thanksgiving. And in the report, he claimed that the company is in debt of $10-50 million due to the construction of his 30,000 Square-foot Bel-Air mansion.

The attorney of Hadid’s, Bruce Rudman, declined to confirm the same to PEOPLE but did refute Daily Mail’s, and reported that Hadid was “broke” in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Reports from TMZ

The constructor of the mansion divorced former model and RHOBH star Yolanda Hadid, a mother to Gigi and Bella, also said to TMZ that his mansion requires immediate attention with the need to be protected.

Though, Hadid directly refused the allegations made on his mansion that it is “unsafe,” and stated to TMZ.
