The on-air date hasn’t been decided so far because the creators want you to focus on details to make the show more engaging and eye-catching for viewers which would take time and fir this they aren’t ready to comprise it by releasing it soon.
But the expected date would come up soon and surely would happen in early 2020.

Well, season 1 and 2 had 10 episodes per season, so the expected count might be the same as the previous ones.

While characters like Teddy (James Marsden) won’t continue with the show further after his suicide in the show.
While Aaron Paul will be a part of the new season followed by Jeffrey wright and Lena Waithe who won her Emmy in 2017 as the first black woman has been listed for the cast but no further details have been provided.
