Everyone was in the pressure, including directors, writers, and the actors.

The director said that I would’ve taken a different approach to direct all the episodes of season eight, same as “Blackwater” and “The watchers on the wall.” I would have brought all the strategies and knowledge to it, specifically to war scenes and how war supposed to show in front of the watchers.

He said I am agreed with all the criticism by the fans that the last season was rushed. Though everyone ended up where they supposed to be, there was a little bit rush at the end.

who is responsible for the rush in the GOT finale

And, it is difficult to make a one-person guilty for the unsuccessful season eight of GOT, as everyone who has been a part of GOT become a part of this failure too. The showrunners of GOT David Benioff and DB Weiss even stated that the finale was not faithful to its book. In short, it’s hard to point out someone, as everyone is geniuses, and they worked so amazing as well as hard to make all the seasons successful.

After ending the final episode of GOT season eight, over 1,00,000 followers signed a petition that the GOT finale has to be made again.
