Microsoft claims that Teams for Windows 11 is now considerably faster as a result of code enhancements.
Latency has improved by 11.4 percent while scrolling through the chat list, and by 12.1 percent when scrolling through the channel list, according to the business.
In a blog post, the business stated, “Over the past year, we have introduced upgrades to Teams that increase its overall interaction reaction time and offer a more fluid experience for the user.”
The compose message box now loads 63% faster, allowing users to type a message as soon as they enter a chat or channel.
Page load times are also substantially faster, according to the business. Both the time it took to change channels and the time it took to open a chat window were reduced by 25%.
The ability to switch threads in the activity feed has increased by 17.4%. The time it takes to switch between chat threads has improved by 3.1 percent.
The ability to mute and unmute audio during a call has improved by 16%, and going to the aPre-meeting join’ page has improved by 9%.
