Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp To Return In ‘That 70s Show’ Spinoff, ‘That 90s Show’
We all have seen the popular ‘That 70s Show’ and ‘That 80s Show.’ These sitcom shows have made us giggle and fall in love with the characters. That 70s Show originally aired on Fox from August 23 1998 to May 18 2006. The show was directed by David Trainer and Terry Hughes. It went on for 8 seasons and 200 episodes.
Lives Of Six Teenagers
The fans loved how the show portrays lives of six teenagers. All their journey and moments as they live in Wisconsin. The story sets in May 17, 1976 and ends in December 31, 1979. Tropher Grace starred as Eric Forman, a teenage high school student. He and his friends try to lead a purposeful life while going through a turbulent age of adolescence.
The Return
Now, after 16 years Netflix has announced the sequel of ‘That 70s Show.’ This time the story will set in the 1995 and the show is called ‘That 90s Show.’ Two original cast are returning in this upcoming show. Debra Jo Rupp as Kitty Forman and Kurtwood Smith as Red Forman who played the role of Eric Forman’s parents in That 70s Show.
The New Cast
With new and young cast and two of the original casts returning, Netflix is really up for the spinoff. According to reports, Debra Jo and Kurtwood will also executive produce the show. This will be the continuation of 70s Show. Here we will see the life of Leia Forman. She is the daughter of Eric Forman and Donna Pinciotti.
