While they are sisters, Lois and Lucy are estranged sue to a childhood incident, and Lucy still has a chip on her shoulder regarding the matter. In Supergirl, she was also revealed to by James Olsen’s (Mehcad Brooks) ex-girlfriend. Lucy proved herself to be an expert tactician after she discovered J’onn J’onzz’s identity.
Meanwhile, Dewan is currently starring in ABC’s The Rookie. She is also set as a judge on CBS’ Come Dance with Me, which will premiere sometime in the first half of 2022.
Lucy’s role in Superman & Lois
Lucy appeared in Supergirl season 1, and the reason why she and Lois are estranged is still a mystery, but Lucy has displayed numerous flaws in her character, which leaves room for discussion as to why she never got along with her seemingly perfect sister.
So far, Superman & Lois has proven itself to be a step ahead from the rest of the Arrowverse show. It presented how Clark juggled being a hero and a father perfectly. Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch, who plays Superman and Lois Lane, have embodied their characters perfectly, as they become parents to twins, while fighting their own battles against corporations and otherworldly threats. Exploring more of Lois’s backstory will be a good start for the show.
